LiftMaster CB11 Board Photocells

I have installed the easygate under ground system for double gate with CB11 control board . The close , open photo sensors are connected to the correct pins with correct polarities . Some how the close sensers do not work .if I swope the two ie with pins 17 and 18 only pin 18 works . The voltage on pins 17 is 24v ac/dc on pin 16 is 15volts ac/dc pin 19 is 24volts ac/dc . This is a new instalation can some one help on this .The sensors are all ok . The setup procedure has been done for the photo sensors .

The connections you are sujesting is completly wrong for the CB11 control board it should be :


Open Photocells - pins 21(+) & 24(-)

Close Photocells Pins 22(+) & 24(-)

Open/Close photocells pins 23(+) & 24(-)
