I can only open one side by hand, because the plastic screw part on the other side snapped (it had been left open to the sun) so I can't decouple the motor from the gate.
BUt the one side seems smooth.
How do I invite gate specialist? To this thread you mean? Is there a way to get their attention then? Sorry if it's obvious or easy, my only excuse is that I'm new to this forum
