Thank you for your enquiry, i will post below the manual for the Rigel 5 board which will help with programming and error codes. I would advise you to check the motor output terminals on the board if the motor has come back from testing as not faulty. If you are getting the correct voltage once a command to the gates have been given then i would be checking the capacitors, this can be done by swapping the capacitor from the working motor to the motor that isn't working. If the fault moves from motor to motor then we know that this is the problem. Hope this helps and if you need any more assistance don't hesitate to contact us.
