I've got a reigel 5 bft with under Tarmac openers. It won't open or close. On the panel it says 'phot'. The inner photocells click. Bit the outside ones have got two leds. One that goes off when the beam is covered and another I think is the power led that normally stays on 24/7. That led is not on. But the top one is. The one that goes on and off if the beam is broken. I think I need to replace the outside pair of beams. Any thoughts?
