Hi,
This is a Prastel panel and would normally have a prastel receiver card on the left hand side. If you have SIRIO remotes operating on this board, there will be a separate stand alone receiver which has been hard wired into this board somewhere. Most likely in a separate junction box near this control panel! If you get the model of this receiver I should be able to research the programming instructions for you.
