If this problem is occurring on all 3 handsets, it bares a very good chance it is the controller at fault, and not the handsets. However if these handsets get dropped, they can be knocked off their frequencies and disrupt communication between themselves and the controller. The only method to guarantee which is at fault is to test against a working system! A replacement controller from ourselves would be at £149.00+VAT. We can always offer this on a sale/return policy if this does not fix the problem! If you need any further assistance, please contact us on 0845 054 5070.

When someone is at the gate and presses the intercom button all three handsets ring, but when you press the intercom button on the handset there's just noise and neither party can talk. Also even if you press the gate opener on any of the handsets you are unable to open the gates.
So basically if the handset rings i know someone is there and have to go outside and see who it it, so it ends up being a glorifed doorbell!!!
Would this be a problem with the controller? Any help gratefully received.
