My ML5000 will go down, but it won't go back up.
I've removed the chain and taken off the cover to see what's going on.
The motor spins freely in either direction, and it will move to the down position stop without any problems. But when I push any controller to reverse to go up, the green light on the back blinks 5 times, then pauses, and repeats this. Have disconnected the wall switch to rule it out, but still the same problem. Have also tried bumping up the force settings, but still no success.
Is the board bad? If so, where do I get one, and how much?
