single & double gate operation

Please can any body help me please i have a problem with a set of gates the make is BFT the panel is a rigel 5 and one of the gates does not close properly it leaves a gap about 200mm but the other gate shuts ok i have the BFT manual but what program do i need to go in? i dont want to mess up all the system as i did not program this installation oh i forgot they are hydraulic openers thanks David..

Hi, you need to go into the menu on the rigel 5 and go into the parameter menu. then adjust either MOT 1 operation time or MOT 2 operation time depending on which motor it is.

its on page 14 of the instructions under heading 9.1
