I have recently purchased the Logisty wireless system from you and have the following problems.
The handset works and operates the gates from inside the house this was set up at the weekend
I cannot get the keypad unit to work I have checked the wiring and connected the battery every time I press a number on the keypad it gives a short beep this also happens when the main intercom button is pressed on the unit which also does not work. I tried to change the number code from 9999 as per the manual but each time I entered a number etc the keypad beeped so I don not think it has worked.
Also if you try to open the gates with the keypad do you just enter the number and then press the gate open button
