came remotes

Hi a customer bought 2 Came top432rbn remotes for her Came Swing fast with a fz1 control board which the original remotes were top432na
I tried programming the top432rbn to the control boead it did not I tried cloning them but it seems not working either 
has anyone done this or does anyone know if this is possible
