I Bought these about 4 years ago and one of the is now unable to open the gate from a closed position. I hear the motor trying to operate. 
If I use the release mechanism i can open the gate slightly and the opener will then open and close the gate successfully.
Is this likely to be a fault in "LiftMaster 041ASWG-0457SA Screw Assembly for SCS300" or the electric motor. Are parts still available, as I see this is now discontinued.00
