Thank you for your enquiry.
Could you confirm if it is the fuse below the transformer or at the top of the control panel in the middle of the board.
Also what accessories do you currently have in the control board, this sometimes can have back feed into the control board blowing the fuses and if it is the accessory fuse and you have safety sensors then this would explain the issue as it is probably taking out the sensors which is why the gate will not close due to a safety precaution, there is a way to test if we can get the motor moving by linking out the safety connections if you need to me show you how that is done please email me on technical@easygates.co.uk and I will send over some images.
Furthermore, are they underground motors that you have? Sometimes I have noticed once the box fills up with water they tend to do things such as blowing the fuses etc.
