Hi Neil,
With the Nice Mhouse systems they have a diagnostic LED which is called the 'Bus LED' or bluebus etc.
If you can get this fault to happen again, when it is happening, just check this LED to see whether it flashes multiple times then a pause.
In standard operation, this will be flashing once per second.
If you could let me know how many times this is flashing, I'll be able to find out what fault the control board is trying to tell us.
