Mag Lock noise reduction

Hi

Im living above a large automated iron entrance gate with a mag lock.

Its noisy, especially the mag lock closing.

Is there anything I can do to reduce the noise? Like adding strips of rubber, or some kind of cushion system?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

The magnetic lock works by the metal plate contacting with the metal maglock if you cussion it with rubber it will stop the magnetic lock from working so i am afraid there is nothing you can do
