What cable? Alarm cable?
#1
What cable do most people use for controlling gate via open/close push button if cable runs through underground duct? Would 6 core alarm cable be ok. Cable run about 20 metres.

Hello

A push switch is usually a dry contact "no voltage" so therefore you can use either alarm cable or cat 5 cable, although u still will wont to protect it in some sort of duct to stop damage.
