Mag lock problem

Hi All

I have a set of 240v gate motors on a CB1 controll box. At the weekend we had a power cut and since then the maglock relay pulses on and off the gates open and close as normal all photo cells are ok just the maglock. For the moment I have pulled the relay out to stop it.
Also the red led to the right of the transformer is pulsing if this means anything.
Any help will be appretiated.

This sounds like the power cut has resulted in a power surge and blown the PSU that is powering the Magnetic Lock and you will need a new PSU hopefull the power surge has not damaged the magnetic lock but without trying a new PSU you wont know
