Deimos ultra bt a400 gate - not working with fobs

I have the Deimos ultra bt a400 gate system alongside Oyn-x intercom system.

All has been working fine

However, today all the fobs have stopped working, but I can still manage the gate via the Oyn-x app and control panel indoor.

I tried following this guide to reprogram the remote ( https://youtu.be/5QXMBKI_-Ls?si=VBINoBIv7-zpvDx3)

However, it doesn't find any of the remotes.
When trying it just goes to add start continuously.

Any advise what I need to try or doing wrong?

Update on the above - I tried it again yesterday and got 3 remotes all working fine

However the 3 remotes are no longer working again. 

Is there a way to check fault codes to what is causing this ?
