Mag lock wiring diagram for SCS300k
#1
Hi,

Has anyone fitted a magnetic lock to their SCS300k gates.

I want to fit a lock that energises once the gates have shut, thus locking them together and making them more secure.

There are some contacts on the control board for a lock, but not sure if they have enough power to control the lock, or whether I need to fit a relay etc - Anyone got a wiring diagram?

Thanks
Elliot

PS. This is the old/original style kit

Hi, When you say old style kit do you mean the 230V kits?

If so you probably have the CB11 control board. To attach a maglock to this board you will need a power supply to power the lock and a 230V relay. you can purchase both of these of us by calling Easygates on 0845 054 50 70. I have attached a diagram of how to wire the maglock using the power supply and relay.

Hope this helps
