Faac 740 - stops working

Hi All,

I have a faac 740 that was working for the last 3 years and it stop working without any reason..

due to the covid19 there was some days that I didnt use it but know it just doesnt work.

The board looks ok and it flashs the status code. But when i press the button to open the gate it takes the switch down at home electricity board.

Any hints on what may be the issue? or any tests that I may perform to understand what is the issue?

Problem was solved by reconnecting the earth wires. Not sure why it stopped working after all this time working, but the problem when away after I redo the earth connection.
