Hi guys.
I have a BFT garage door opener and the other day it was lifting the door up about 10cm at a time. I had to press open about 30 times to get the door fully open. The motor kept cutting out.
So I pulled the cord to manually close it and now the chain is not even moving. I was waiting for the 'join' in the chain to come back round to the mechanism to grip of the chain but it doesn't move anymore.
Any ideas?
