Remote control never detected by Rigel 5

Hello,

I try to activate a BFT Mitto 2 user control with a BFT Rigel 5 controller. On the Rigel 5, I enter setup mode and go to the add functions. As there is no hidden key on the Mitto 2, I press simultaneously the 2 keys. But the red led of the Mitto never fires and the Rigel 5 is never triggered to continue the process.

I thought it was an antenna problem. The antenna is correctly connected to pin 24 and 25.

Any idea to solve this problem ?
