nice gate openers

can anyone tell me how to identify whci nice gate openers I have.  I dont have a manual and cannot find any identifiers.

Thanks for the email,

Depending on the variation there are different ways of identifying your motors, if they are linear ram-type arms then on the bottom of the arm it should have a model number, underground it should be on a sticker on the motor and articulated motors internal by the control panel, failing this you could send us an image of the motors.
