Nice mc424 problem

Hello, I have a problem with my gate, i installed a nice mc42 plate  everything is fine , but my gate opnes normaly, but when it closes it hits the stop and opens about 10 centimeters on its own , it always does this when closing, when opening  it opens normally and stops. when  i close it it reaches the end and opens by itself after insisting 3 times it  cloeses completely, can anyone help me?i already erased the memory but i don´t have much pratice at this  i think its just my bad configuration

When the fault appears, what is the BLUEBUS led indicating? this is a diagnostic led, if you count the flashes before a brief pause and let me know.
