BFT IGEA BT issue

Hi all,

We have an issue with our BFT IGEA BT electric gates. The error message I get is "Phot". Despite this both sets are photocells are making the magic click and I have even rewired the wires into 20 & 21.

The panel is receiving a signal from the click as I hear a click, but there is no motion from the motors, presumably due to the 'Phot' message indicating there is an obstruction. 

Any help appreciated!

Hi Warren,

This could be either a loose connection or a damaged cable to the Photocells. check for any loose connections, if this doesn't rectify the issue, check continuity of the cables or run new cable above ground to confirm whether it is indeed a cable issue.
