FAAC 740 - help needed!

Hi,

My FAAC 740 was working fine yesterday, but today it stop working.

If I put it on manual mode, open the gate and then put it on automatic mode then it closes the gate. But that is the only action that it performs. After it is closed it doesn't do anything.

I checked the display to see the status and it stays in 02 status when it is closed.

Does anyone had a similar issue?

dos it close normaly with slow montion in the end or just hit hard against post ?

ok ,status 2 mean that the gate was stop by some external signal (remote,button,loop)
if you got instaled some paralel signal wires you should disconect them for short time and live motor operated only from remote control

Hi,

I already had it removed from the equation. there isn't any cells configured and the motor is running in without any other signal. The only signal that it receives is the remote, but that is only when I press the command.



Any other suggestion?

if you dont have any of external operating signal and any of security devices you should1) chek two stop sensors which is install above external gear.2)output engine wires in socket could tarnished 3)after pressing remote button you shoud heard some noice from relay on mainboard
4)take of receiver out check pins ,slid in again ,you can delete all transmiter and setup them again
