Photo close LED flashing

Can anyone tell me what this means, can't find anything online or in manual. I have a problem with the gates closing. It is intermittent, but the photo cells with no obstructions occasionally start blinking and hence gates stop closing. In the box I can see the photo close led flashing thanks

Is the system 230v or 24v? what is the SWG code on the control panel?
i will be able to locate the panel and tell you what the blink light means

Sounds like your photo cells are slightly out of line.

It is a 24v system.
I can see one of the photo cells has been knocked and having re adjusted it they are working fine now, so thanks again.
