Hi, sorry if I have posted this in the wrong section...
I have gates installed over 20 years ago. After about 5 years the gates started behaving strangely, one leaf would not open or close etc.
I tried reprogramming them etc, but with no joy.
I bought another controller board, and everything was fine, for another couple of years...
This has now happened 4 times, and the last controller board lasted less than a month!
Lately it is always the right hand gate that fails, but not completely. It may open a few degrees, or close completely.
I am beginning to wonder if there is something "blowing" the board. I have replaced the capacitors and am fairly happy the wiring is OK.
Any suggestions as to why this keeps happening would be welcome.
Also is there a circuit diagram around for this board? I now have 4 faulty ones! :-)
