Hi,
My gates stops working after heavy rain or just randomly sometimes, when it happens I am not able to register an transmitter it looks like it does not receive the signal.
One module on the circuit board looks salty, when I do clean it with isopropyl alcohol and ear pick and it start working again. Added few images.
Do you think that this module is the cause of gates not working? How could I fix it? I am rookie at electronics to put it nicely.

Update: Cleaned it with vinegar and it is working since, not sure if it was a solution or there was a different problem.
