Thank you for your email.

This could be interference, are you using the same systems on the front gate and the back gate? If not the receivers may be on the same frequency which could be causing the issue although it is not a likely cause this could be causing the problem and seems most probable in this case.

However I would try and reset both receivers and reprogram the remotes into them, I can see if I can help you further with this if you could provide me with the model numbers of both the panels you are using and the model numbers of the remotes you are trying to pair.

I assume you have two button remotes, one button will operate the front gate and one button will operate the back gate?
