CB11 Programming Problem

Hi All,

I have a single Sub300 Motor operating a single leaf gate, a Magnetic Lock, 2 sets of Chamberlain Photocells all operated using a CB11 control board. The system is set in Standard operating mode. The problem I am having is setting the soft stop/slow run. Each time I try to Program the "Advanced" distance covered according to the manual using the L1 button the board is not remembering the Soft stop timings. As a result the gate is slamming back against the Kerb and has sheared the bolt holding the arm in place in the Sub300 box. The gate is also hitting the Magnetic lock with force and will not slow run against the lock. Could there be a fault with the board itself or am I missing something in the set up?

Sounds like a setup problem it can be arkward to programme single gate as the instructions are a little confussing. You need to programme the open then wait for 30 seconds for the board to realise that its a single gate then program the close limits and slow down
