Good day MEMBERS, yesterday I went to check a Nice slide gate motor for a customer, when i got there, i tried to reset the
control unit nothing only to find out that the installer locked the control unit with a passcode which no one can remember My question is does anyone know how to bypass this code or wipe the control unit

Hi Andruelectricgates. Once a password has been set unfortunately there is no way to reset a forgotten password. This is for security purposes. If the password has been forgotten your best bet is to try and contact the installer to see if they remember it. You will also not be able to wipe the control unit without the password, unfortunately.
