ROBUS 400 OPEENING CLOSING ISSUES - warren203 - 27-07-2023
Hi
I have a sliding gate and has been working well for 6 months. Now when opening it does not full reach the mechanical stop. And sometimes when it does it comes back 4 inches then stops.
Also when pressing it to close, it starts to close then comes back after 6 inches out. I have to do this 3 times then it closes.
Can anybody advise

I have a feeling that the issue may be force related, when the fault occurs how many times does the BlueBus Led flash? it should pulse an allotted amount of times which will give us an indication as to what is causing the fault.
