odd liftmaster scs300-24 - scopie88 - 08-03-2022 I have a set of scs300-24 that have been installed for around 5 years with no problems, recently motor 1 on closing will reach its stop position, pause just briefly and then travel forward a further 10 inches and stop. Then when you try opening the gates, motor 1 will try closing another 10 inches and then goes into open! Motor 2 operates normally and has no problems. I have replaced motor 1 arm expecting that to cure the problem but still have the problem! Any help please? Hi, Thanks for the message, this issue if still persisting will either be the motor output on the panel which can be tested by switching over the motor outputs, what we are looking for here is if the fault remains on the same motor or does it now change and occur on the other leaf. Failing the above i would then recommend assessing the geometry to ensure the motor has been mounted with the correct geometry measurements as per the manual provided with the arm, the measurements in the manual are referred to as "A and B" Kind Regards Joe RE: odd liftmaster scs300-24 - scopie88 - 03-04-2022 Hi Joe Thanks for your reply, i have now been back to the gates and swapped the two 4 pin sockets over for the 2 leafs and now both gates move a few inches and then stop. What do i do next? Many thanks John RE: odd liftmaster scs300-24 - JoeF - 13-04-2022 (03-04-2022, 08:36 AM)scopie88 Wrote: Hi JoeHi John, Thanks for the message, Dependant on the control panel generation we may be able to increase the speed/force of each motor, this may rectify your issue however the issue is likely to be geometry related namely the A + B measurements showcased within the manual, are you able to provide this? what voltage are the outputs providing?
