CAME BX - motor won't invert travel direction - keepup - 11-08-2021
Afternoon, yesterday my CAME BX-(10?) stopped closing. The gates will open as usual, pause but then try to open further - rather than inverting and sending the gate back to the original position.
I've checked the fuses and they all seem fine. The capacitor is fine (no surprise as the gate is moving). If I switch the gear motor (U-V) the gate does close correctly, it seems like there is an issue with the switching.
Could this be the micro-switch for opening isn't closing? It didn't seem likely to me as the gate does stop and pause it just doesn't send it back the right way when the motor starts up again.
Any ideas?
