Liftmaster scs - Athers - 20-10-2020
Hi I have a new set of liftmaster scs 324. For some reason I cannot get them to learn the programming for the opening distance. I can get to the point where I open them where I need them
To but they dnt close in the in the final part of the learn mode. the dgn light is always falshing between 5 lights and 3 lights.

Hi,
The 3 flashes indicate a wiring issue or poor connection to the control panel on motor 2. This is usually due to the coloured encoder cables being put into the wrong terminals. It can also be caused by a poor joint in the cabling if the cable crosses the road.
If you are using a single motor system you must set the DIP switch 1/2 motor to on. Otherwise the control panel will be trying to detect the second motor which is not installed.
