Wiring photocell to MC824H - davidja - 12-04-2020 I am replacing an old Nice A824 with a new MC824H and had hoped to simply follow the same wiring as in the old unit but obviously things have moved on. I am using Came Doc-E (which I have no instructions for) photocells. What I believe is the TX has two connections 24v + & - (so presumably they just need a 24v feed). The RX has four connections the same 24v +&- (so presumably they just need a 24v feed). Then the two remaining wires from the RX are marked NC & Com. My question is where do I put all these wires on the MC824H. Any help really appreciated... RE: Wiring photocell to MC824H - RyanB - 14-04-2020 Unfortunately you are unable to wire relay photocells like the ones you have into an MC824H panel without having the OVIEW installer programming tool. This will allow you to change one of the inputs such as the open, close or SBS to a Foto input. As this tool can be expensive for one off use. You would need to purchase the NICE EPMB bluebus technology 2 wire photocells. These wire into the BUS terminal.
