Hi dear member I have an issue with my barrier its Zkteco PB3000 it does not close I made video any hint I will be thankfulÂ

is that electro-mechanical or hydraulic barrier
i dont like that noise , something is wrong .Have you made ballance of barrier arm ?

It was working fine its electro-mechanical , you mean this could be due to arm adjustment

I thought that was the new barrier .
the noise for me is like gear or motor problem

The problem is not from motor it's something in the relay, or board will check today thanks for help

Final it work we had to release the screw of the spring but we have another issue loop is not working properly Everytime car pass the loop fast and press loop for closing it does not close but if it pressed slow it close any hint
