a litlle help needed with gates automation kit called mhouse wg2s by nice,i have a strange problem or feature which i don`t know how to solve.The problem is:
all buttons work as writen in manual except T3(remote is gtx4),it makes the same command as t1.T3 must to do only open(open) command,but makes OPEN(open-close) comand according to manual,if i press on controler p3 to make single cycle then t1 also makes only open command.I tried to program one of 2 remotes in mode 1 and mode 2 but everything is the same.Problem is still there.It seems open only comand doesn`t exist on complete cycle mode.Please don`t hesistate to ask additional questions if needed.To bring to warranty service is not an option
So would be nice to solve problem with your knowledge Maybe there is something i missed.

Seems a bit confusing but have you tried deleting the remote and re programming it?
