p7 -45 Ram and Rigal 5 - d309 - 11-07-2013

Hi, can any one help.

I have a Rigel 5 control box with p7-45 Ram.

All was well, then the control box came up with a error of ER11.

I phoned BFT and they said bad connection or something going to ground.

If it is the Ram, does anybody know how to check this or get the Ram repaired.

The only thing I could recommend would be to start removing devices which has been hard wired into the control panel until the fault clears. Once you have located the problematic device, I would recommend tracing all wiring and make sure there are no shorts. I'd imagine if the arm were damaged internally, there's not a lot you can do other than replace it!
Kindest regards,
Dave
