p7 -45 Ram and Rigal 5 - d309 - 11-07-2013 Hi, can any one help. I have a Rigel 5 control box with p7-45 Ram. All was well, then the control box came up with a error of ER11. I phoned BFT and they said bad connection or something going to ground. If it is the Ram, does anybody know how to check this or get the Ram repaired. RE: p7 -45 Ram and Rigal 5 - Blakey111 - 12-07-2013 The only thing I could recommend would be to start removing devices which has been hard wired into the control panel until the fault clears. Once you have located the problematic device, I would recommend tracing all wiring and make sure there are no shorts. I'd imagine if the arm were damaged internally, there's not a lot you can do other than replace it! Kindest regards, Dave (11-07-2013, 07:16 PM)d309 Wrote: Hi, can any one help.
