Rigel 5... cell question - Steve2381 - 09-02-2011 Hello all Newbie here, trying to sort out my gates after the electrican messed them up! Got the motors, capacitors and keyfobs sorted out. I have a 'push to open button'. That is N/O across 30 and 31 My question is the photocells. Power is 20/21 for Rx and 20/44 for Tx (although I am sure they don't need separate supply connections) I have a pair to trigger opening as you enter and another pair to trigger opening as you leave. Where do these connect? I notice in the programming menu that they default stop and re-open if you break the beam while they are closing, which is what I need. I also have a set directly across the gate line to prevent closure onto a car between the gates. Would these be wired N/C across 35 and 36? If yes, then will they stop and reverse the gates or just hold them ? Many thanks ! Steve RE: Rigel 5... cell question - Guest - 18-03-2011 REF CELLS for free exit - WIRE TRIGGER RELAYS ( test em in the powered state ) to 30 & 31 volt free, this will always open the gates. Safety cells on relay is 35&36 easier to power 20&21 for all cells |
