FAAC Photocells

Hi.

My gates are opening correctly but will no longer close. From what I read this is likely to be due to the photocells. They still click when I pass my hand in front of them which suggests they are working. The only thing I can see is that one has two red lights on it and the other has one. I have no idea if this is normal or not. I'd be grateful if someone could offer some advice. Thank you.

What system have you got?

Is there anything showing on the control panel while this is happening?

And do you know the model of the photocells?

Hi Matt,

Thank you for your reply. They now seem to be working again! We have had some heavy rain recently so I assume some water got in somewhere and it has now dried out.
